The main causes of Acne anywhere on the body is normally caused by overactive oil glands excess dead skin cells and a build up of bacteria. Oil and dead skin cells become trapped underneath the skin. This blockage becomes a blackhead and then if infected by the acne bacteria becomes a pimple or pustule.
